We at Juxtapose work closely with a Professional Fine Art Conservator with over 25 years of experience in painting restoration, frame restoration/gold leaf gilding, and conservation of artworks on paper. 

All Conservation/Restoration is performed in accordance with current museum standards, and completely reversible.

Examples of services include but are not limited to: 

• cleaning
• varnishing, and re-lining a painting on canvas or paper
• repairing tears and abrasions of a painting or photograph
• mold treatment
• rice paper supports
• reconstruction
• gold leafing
• oil or water gilding of wood, veneer and faux finished frames.
